Eyes;
Lucy's eyes are deep blue in color; looking like that of a ocean at first glance.
Hair;
Lucy's bangs reach to right above his eyes and are razor’d straight across his face. The rest of his hair is razor’d into short layers and reaches to the bottom of his neck as if to create a sort of 'V' effect; all of his hair is black in color with a bleach white type of skunk tail down the middle starting right above the middle of the top of his head. This strip only covers two inches of the middle of all of his hair.
Build;
Standing at six foot even and weighing in at one hundred and sixty three pounds, Lucy is rather built but not extremely ripped. He's just simply your average, 'work out to look okay' guy.
Other;
Lucy has a few scars on his right mid-shoulder hand his left thigh area. Though, on his back he has a large tattoo of the mercenary company that he belongs to. His chin is covered in a goatee that reaches from the sides of his chin, down his neck only a slight bit, around his upper lip and around the bottom of his chin and bottom lip.
Clothes:
His normal array of cloths is a pair of black snuggly fitting Levi jeans with a tight small black T-shirt under a zipped up thin black hooded jacket which is unzipped to about his mid chest and is under a thicker grey hooded jogging jacket, though it is all the way unzipped. On his feet under his jeans is a pair of steel toed boots. As for Accessories he wears a pair of dog-tags which the mercenary company he works for gave him, a medium sized silver chain necklace with a black colored lock and a black leather string necklace with this charm on it.

History:
Birth;
Lucy was born into a middle-class family; a mother a father and him. His mother was a stay at home mother that adored to read stories and clean the house, making her hobby mothering itself; his father worked as a cable guy for Cox Cable.
Four Years Old;
At the age of four, Lucy was given a small chore; his baby brother Kevin. Though, you'd think that he wouldn't have to worry about Kevin due to the fact that his mother and father had everything under control, but at Kevin's birth his mother couldn't make it through and she passed away. Lucy doesn't blame Kevin and Kevin never really thought much of blaming himself in the first place.
Twelve Years Old;
Though he didn't keep up with it, he adored dirt biking. From ages six to Eleven you couldn't get the boy off of a dirt bike if you threatened him with a hammer. Though, he soon started to waver off the habit at about the age of ten when his father died of cancer. He didn't really cry, or feel pain from the loss due to the fact that his father was always working and never really made much of an effort to become close with Lucy, though he attached himself greatly to Kevin who took the news horribly and turned his life into a living race, always on a motorcycle and always fast; but that's besides the topic.
Fourteen Years Old;
Lucy and Kevin were both sent to foster care due to the fact that none of their relatives wanted them around or they couldn't take care of the two boys. So there they lived, in foster care.
Fifteen Years Old;
While in the foster home a man in a black suit came and started to interview all of the boys. The man would ask them all odd questions about their past life, wither they had relatives and if they had a problem with death. Lucy of coursed answered perfectly to all questions; His parents died, he has a little brother and death was something that was inevitable. The man decided to take in Lucy and Kevin into his house.
Seventeen Years Old;
For two years Lucy and Kevin were both taken to the man's house and trained in the art of death. They were both trained as killers for a mercenary company controlled by the U.S. government called, 'Black Intercept'. Black Intercept is an organization within the U.S. government that is trained only to both be bodyguards and destroy all that come against their client, or they are assassins sent after either their own, or people against their own. Once you have agreed to become a part of Black Intercept there is no going back and if you go against them, the rest of the BI agents go against you and there really is not turning back.
Nineteen Years Old;
In just a short amount of time Lucy had become one of the best BI Agents; With this as a reputation for him, he very quickly became one of the top agents in the organization. They put him in charge of training a girl by the name of Irene to be an assassin just like him. Though, in the process of training her he did what was against all regulations; he fell in love. Irene slowly started to realize that due to his emotions he was going easy on her so she confronted him about it. Being the solemn, blunt and sophisticated guy that he was, he told her flat out that he loved her to much too actually hurt her and be the one that trained her to become a killer like himself. She refused to believe him and so she continued to train but slowly started to realize that she thought the same about him; love that is.
Twenty Years Old;
Dating her was hard. The only time that they could be alone was the end of training nights; though they spent time with each other when training so neither of them minded. They were then sent out on their first mission together, this being her first mission all together. He had told them that she was ready, and that she could handle it though all went wrong when she was taken captive and couldn't take the abuse and beats that they put her through. Lucy was captured as well, watch then beatings, threatening lives, though all proved futile when she was shot straight through the head after being not only abused and beatin for answers, but raped and mistreated by the foreigners. Lucy broke lose as soon as possible and not only took out the men that had beat her, but also their leader which he had learned later on was a very high criminal that the Black Intersept wanted dead, this making up for his being captured.
Twenty Two, Present Day;
Lucy has barely forgotten his troubling times being captured and losing his love, he still works for Black Intercept and still takes on missions here and there, though he has decided that instead of sitting around the house watching MTV and Angelina Jolie all day, he decided that he'd take on a job; thus putting him in his situation that he's in today.
Personality:
Lucy doesn't talk much at all, though he seems to be the comic relief of most of the conversations he's shoved into. He doesn't like to give people his last or first name, always going by his middle name though most make fun of him for it. Lucy had a tendency to be very blunt and most of the time to people very rude. He isn't very obscene and he doesn't care for women due to the fact that he believes that he has already found the love of his life and he doesn't need another woman to leave him. Or will he find another to love?(-winkhinthint-)
Though he's anti-social and doesn't talk to people rarely, when on a mission with a client he talks to the client and tries to get on the clients good side. He's talkative when need be and quite every other time. Though he's quick to crack a joke at whoever he chooses.
